JANUARY 30, 2026 – “PRESIDENT TRUMP BRINGS THIS SUIT IN HIS PERSONAL CAPACITY”

The legal world was stunned by yet another triumphal lawsuit filed by President Donald J. Trump and two of his sons in the District of Florida on January 29, 2026. The civil suit seeks to both recoup $10,000,000,000,000 in money damages and to punish the corrupt IRS that allowed Charlie “Chaz” Littlejohn to leak the president’s tax returns in 2019-20 during the Obama/Biden administration.

The suit alleges that the leak by the Obama/Biden IRS caused President Trump “reputational and financial harm, public embarrassment, unfairly tarnished their business reputations, portrayed them in a false light, and negatively affected President Trump, and the other Plaintiffs’ public standing.” The pleadings further explain that Mr. Littlejohn leaked the documents in “in order to improperly influence the results of the 2020 presidential election.” Notably, the leaked returns showed that President Trump smartly paid only $750 in federal taxes in 2016-17 as the result of massive business losses.

When reached for comment on X, White House Communications Director Steven Cheung wrote “The leaked tax returns improperly contradict the president’s public statements that he is a GENIUS BUSINESSMAN who aced at least three IQ tests. The president’s claim of unadulterated success is speech protected by the First Amendment, and it is TREASON to release evidence to the contrary. A.G. Bondi is looking into whether charges can be brought against OBAMA AND SLEEPY JOE for their criminally negligent oversight of the IRS.”

Later, when asked by ABC news why the White House was providing comment when the suit was filed in President Trump’s personal capacity, Mr. Cheung stated “you must be truly f—ing stupid.” He then turned to Senior Aide Steven Miller and said “Get that guy on the list. You know which one.”

As expected, insane communist activists employed by the Fake News Media have falsely claimed that there is an inherent conflict of interest where the President of the United States of America, who controls the IRS and therefore can direct its legal response, sues the IRS for money damages in a private capacity. This of course ignores the reality that Acting IRS Commissioner Scott Bessent, known for his studious impartiality and bare-knuckled brawling, will oversee the IRS’s litigation strategy and any settlement discussions.

When reached for comment, Mr. Bessent stated “Any suggestion that either President Trump or I am ethically or legally conflicted is categorically false.”

He continued on to remark, “Reporting to the contrary ignores the dual mandate of the IRS: to promote the welfare of United States citizens and fund the government. Because President Trump is both a private citizen and the head of the United States government, my role as Acting IRS Commissioner is to ensure that he receives all the money he deserves without further delay. I intend to discuss it with him at the Melania premiere tonight – get your tickets now, as I hear they are selling out fast!
